We just recently closed on our 2nd home, and this by far was a much better buying experience than our 1st! Trish always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition. When we were up at Fort Campbell, KY waiting to PCS down to Fort Hood, TX she gladly sent me listing after listing so I was “up to date” on all the current houses for sale. She was quick to respond to any questions I had as well. I tried other agents and they just wanted to push me off until we actually got here, and that just wasn’t good enough for me. Trish Malone is a constant professional, a gracious neighborhood realtor, and a good friend. Not only does she go
above and beyond her duties as a realtor, she does so without complaint. My husband is in the United States Army,
and when we were first stationed here in Texas, Trish was there to help us. With all the weird hours my husband
works, Trish was always up to showing us houses, in the evenings, and on weekends. We told her what we were
looking for in price range, style, and comfort. This being our second home bought, we took more time in deciding.
Trish was patient with us and let us decide on the house we wanted. Not the house that she wanted to see us in.
In the process she became a trusted friend who helped watch our property while we were out of the state for a few
